Since this is from crazy AE and I don't know Kevin, I'm not sure if he really underwent a shamanic journey, but I do know that his message might have been sent right from higher beings to me. Now I have to figure out what do to, stuck in this particular life, because I think this is a good message.

Also, Kevin's way of posting gives me a laugh.

I just posted there. One thing I didn't say...that philosophy has been around for a long time, and most raw food people try to follow the philosophy by eating just enough acid foods to make the ratio around 80/20. And like I said, just about every book or website that discusses how to avoid degenerative diseases stresses that we should eat mucho helpings of vegetables, and for those of us who can, fruits.

Back is in spasm, gotta go lay down, will be back in maybe a half hour.

maybe that's why they say you should cut down on the meat consumption..which I try to do every now and again..

Fruits and veges are akaline-forming, meats, most grains and most nuts are acid-forming, and from my understanding, corn-fed beef with antibiotics and other stuff in them are more acid-forming than organic grass-fed beef. Most primitive societies I've read about, who don't have much in the way of degenerative diseases, have a high percentage of vegetables, moderate to low fruit, and seem to be 50-80 percent alkaline.

Storm fell asleep on the sofa, and I'm wiped out too. I guess this weekend did us in.
